Holiday Home "Zur alten Korbmacherei" – Freyburg (Unstrut)

1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to the rental of holiday apartments in the holiday home "Zur alten Korbmacherei" in Freyburg (Unstrut), as well as all associated services.
2. Booking and Contract Conclusion
By making a booking (by phone, email, or through a booking platform), you offer to enter into a rental agreement. The contract becomes binding upon our written confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
The full accommodation fee must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival. For short-notice bookings, the full amount is due immediately.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM at the latest
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: up to 14 days before arrival
- From 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the accommodation cost
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
6. Use of the Holiday Apartments
The apartments may only be used by the number of guests specified in the booking. Subletting or transfer to third parties is not allowed. Please treat the apartment with care and report any damages immediately.
7. Pets and Smoking
- Pets: not allowed
- Smoking: not permitted in any apartment
8. Liability
We do not assume liability for personal belongings of guests. Exceptions apply only in cases of intentional or grossly negligent behavior on our part.
9. House Rules
The house rules provided in the apartments are an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Data Protection
Your personal data is used exclusively for processing your booking and will not be shared with third parties. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.
11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction – as far as legally permissible – is the location of the landlord.
